After a few days they called me and said I can pick up the phone as it is not a hardware issue. I really do not want it to be opened for repair or replaced with a refurbished phone because it is practically very new. I brought the phone to the service center after I tried all the available solutions online. Then will ask to bring the phone to the service center. Unfortunately, Apple Support is not really helpful as all they say is “I understand your situation, blah blah blah. I am very careful with my phone and do not want to drop it or get scratches. Will post any updates as soon as I hear back from Apple. Something very natural is a replacement unit. I'm now with no decent device in my pocket and I paid a premium device expecting to find a premium kind of service.
